Pulchra cattus means beautiful cat in Latin. I googled it ;) The cat is blended into the paper using Color Burn 100% Opacity I made the tag by selecting a rectangle for the background paper #7 Layer Via Copy and dragged it onto the page. I also wanted the purple flowers to be a little brighter...
