To get the title I used a large font the clipped a paper to it. The background is the photo enlarged to show only the trees and lake then fitted behind the small photo.
The only thing changed was the placement of the text.

A rose in the garden.
I had to cut a volunteer youpon holly way back yesterday to expose this beautiful rosebush as it had been lost underneath it. Though the rosebush wasn't giving up and even buried under branches, it was blooming like crazy.
A little nod to the Ukraine. The national flower is the sunflower.

Ever since I braved the art journaling pages, I can't seem to get back to my usual scrapping - the one where I create practical pages to fill my albums... hmm... This was created for this month's challenge 6 - Artsy/Mixed Media layout.
