A week that went from chilly nights at home to over 100 degrees in Oklahoma - but a good vacation.

I really like the designs of the flowers and leaves of this tree, I think a locust. I meant to use the picture, so this challenge was the perfect push to do it.

The lyrics to 30/90 especially resonate for me still trying to come to terms with this year's birthday. Time is flying, but still so much to do, books to write, art to make.

Lindy, your pages look like a beautiful dream. Love 'em.
Diane, I did books for 2008 when I did a full page every day and one for 2010 that ran into 2011 that was a two-page spread for each month. 2013 is ready to go, just haven't done it yet. After the daily page, I couldn't face it again...
The news of Robin Williams was distressing. He was so special. I was a little surprised to realize he was still so (relatively) young.
You all have so many things to do, just hope your day goes well.
Back to the genealogy stuff for me.
Really enjoyed looking at your 2013 book! Makes me want to get mine done too.
Week 32 looks beautiful. I love the colors and those orchids. You make good use of that handsome template.
Rats, have to admit I missed the moon. Made dinner, watched a little TV with DH then worked on a genealogy project till all hours. Never thought about outside but then I think I've also missed manifestation of MoonMood.
Chris, thanks for the vote of confidence. It does seem to usually be all...
I use all sorts of things in my "drawings," in this case a wrapper of a bite-size chocolate.

Oh, Sara, she is the cutest little doll! What good news that it went well.
I did my talk yesterday and it seemed to be very helpful to the group members. It was a beautiful day. Then I caught up on things I'd been putting off.
Hope it's a great day for everyone.
Butterflies are active more than just in the summer, but seem such a part of that season.

Chris, love the bird story! They can really entertain. (and leave reminders)
Getting ready for talk tomorrow and have to take two new "drawings" to be framed and have a backlog of questions to answer for genealogy for an exhibit at the historical society. Too bad it's a beautiful day I have...
