Morning, Ozzies. I'm still trying to get my head back from that intense week of genealogy classes. With all the T-storms yesterday we had the computers off a lot and I spent some time just reading a mystery.
I'm way behind on your posts and now I've got to make the most of house to myself...
I had to get this done before my class during week 30 swept it all away. Got to the college this afternoon and an intense week will start at 8:00 am tomorrow - yikes!!
This week much time and thought was of the coming week away.

Wonderful templates Heather and Lindy! Heather, yours looks so festive and bright while Lindy's looks so light and airy in her beautiful Florida light.
Chris, hope the bird calls don't make you crazy trying to figure them out. Just what you need, eh?
Sara, I don't even know what Airbnb is, so no help here.
A beauty of a day here though DH just said it's too cold for shorts & went to change. LOL
Hope it is a good/better day for everyone.
I didn't wait around so long this week, so looks like I'm first for week 28. I've lamented in one of the challenges that bird nesting and song are tapering off, but we're also noticing the days are slowly getting shorter again. Bummer!
Another lovely summer week.

Phylis, your floor looks wonderful! Now I'm so envious. Enjoy!!
Sara, thanks so much for the Brown Booby link. Wish one would get here. Some really odd birds do show up. And if it weren't your reading list overwhelming, it would be something else. At least for me it would be.
Chris...
Coots are just about everywhere though slightly different in different parts of the world. (Did you see the photo link?) They are also abundant. The marsh we visited is not natural but in an impoundment on the shore. There are many Lake Erie marshes, but not as many as once existed. It doesn't...
Heather, you do a lovely job of incorporating text and these pages look so fun, especially all the bicycles.
Lindy, yours are always beautiful making us wish we lived somewhere like that.
With week 28 nearly over, it seemed time to get out the page for 27.
It was a lovely summer week with art work and genealogy both.

Chris!!! That bear sounds so frightening. Your story totally made me laugh, but it can't have been a good thing to have happen. Hope its feelings are really hurt and it doesn't come back. Hope today goes more smoothly.
Sara, that is so sad about the step-family. Some people never get it I...
It was a beautiful day along the lake!
