Had the genealogical committee meeting this morning (Zoom), so that was a fun way to start the day. I'm accumulating things I need to get done, but one needs others to come through with their parts, so we'll see.
Chris, I'm eager to see your squid. It sounds so sweet. I'd also love to see the...
This visiting young Cooper's Hawk was our big excitement that day. What a handsome bird and so intent upon its hunting mission.

Felis asked about a link to the holiday market that has two of my pieces. It opened today here: https://www.morganconservatory.com/shop/morgan-market/15. My pieces are "Prime 73" and "Found".
Everyone one sounds so busy and I should be too but keep procrastinating except for the party here...
Last night I heard the song "All I Want for Christmas Is You" and thought it would be nice for the "you" to come gift wrapped.

Every year I bring out my favorite Christmas album, The Kingston Trio's 1960 "Last Month of the Year." This is one of the folksong-based songs on it. There are two more verses, but this is the most of it. (You can hear it here...
Welcome to December? :smow: Here's a view from our front door:
It rained all day yesterday, holding around 41* then got colder after dark and started on this white stuff staying around freezing so it is wet and heavy. The bushes are not happy and some folks have lost power. My computer...
It's another football Sunday here and Browns looking to get another win (just barely).
I have to chime in to urge Felis to keep us company in the Daily Ooo's. I do miss you Felis!
Like the rest of you, I've never done the in-store Black Friday but I do it online and today is no different. Also, this afternoon I took two of my "mental landscapes" to the art place where I had the wonderful mixed media collage workshop in early March. As a member there I can have work in...
We've had some windy weather that brought the leaves down and lots of stick too.

Happy Thanksgiving to all celebrating today!
For us it is really not much different than usual except there won't be a football game tonight because of COVID.
Hugs to all and hopes it's kicking off a feel good season.
Yesterday's meeting went well and was a good time. Technical wasn't totally smooth but we muddled through. We don't normally meet in December, but everyone seemed to like the idea of having the user groups and a little full group time next month, so we'll plan something for then too. When folks...
The computer genealogy group meeting starts soon and this month we're expanding what we're attempting to do. And with the new things, for the first time I'm the Zoom host, so a bit nerve-wracking. Otherwise hard to tell one day from another.
Hugs to all.
