I didn't know african violets came in pink, but the first flower in my life as a child. My grandmother had so many it was a jungle. So pretty and I love the handwork, too.
Great page layout and journaling. Love them smiling, and the one of them on the back of the truck. Also the basil on the left and the orange yarn on the right. Congratulations for a lot of stick-a-tuity.
We finally got snow on New Year's Eve and so did the Canyonlands. I would check their webcam regularly and hoped the snow might melt over the week before our trip. I noticed the sun didn't get high enough in the morning for nice lighting until about 8 am, which surprised me.
I connect with this because for me it's like going on an adventure and only coming back when all the parts and pieces fit and make sense, and there is a balance about it all that calms me. Your balance is lovely and your adventure with color, texture and wordArt is interesting.
Wonderful photos and I can only imagine it increases his desire to own a dog too. Love the collars to divide the page and the little round disks with the extra bonus photo and a paw print.
Always love your use of red and of shapes, in this case red lines forming them. And the slits. The brown and white background pattern reminds me of wrapping paper.
