I have the same back as you and mainly stick to "low cobra." Bridge, cat/cow, and pigeon are really helpful when there's inflammation though. (Sometimes my entire practice consists of supported bridge LOL) Thanks for the kind words!

I DID notice...thanks!...but only when I was putting it into my Picaboo book. Not the sharpest mind over here at the moment. At which point, I also dinked around with the layout...you know the drill. I should have replaced it here, and that's what I will do!
She met Daisy! Score! I've been at DisneyWorld loads of times, but never Disneyland--and I hope to get there, someday. My kids had those autograph books with great big markers for the characters to write with. Looks like the best kind of birthday!
Looks great--the light really makes a difference. You're not alone in the Redeux Society, I do that all the time after being inspired by what I see in the gallery. :)
Oh gollee--we still have the horse, the guy in the hat, both chickens, a sheep, pig, cow, and the lady with the white bun. The barn is long gone, sadly. I love the old-style FP plug people--the shapes of the later models just don't do it for me. So cool to see this!
