16 October in 2018 seemed late for the display of butterflies we found but it was great. This is a red admiral that I photographed.

I don't remember my least favorite, maybe gym? But I was a math kid all the way, science not too far behind.

Never having done CT I've gotten used to using whatever I like in LOs. I mix kits and designers all the time. It does make listing what I've used a challenge. As to color, you can recolor anything.

I went back to my 6 LO from ten years ago to get this six of spring flowers. Fun way to combine the years.

I'll bring my stand-by tuna pasta salad.

I'm working on a new presentation for next Saturday which is taking a lot of my time. Also have been working on the 1950 census project at FamilySearch: https://www.familysearch.org/getinvolved/1950. So not much research right now.

DH got this nice photo of two of the Cliff Swallows working on their nests in a colony under a bridge. They are an uncommon swallow around here, but this bridge has a lot of them. Since we learned they were there we check on them each year to enjoy their return.

I've always loved this photo but just recently got a copy from my nephew. There are some more from this time I need to scrap too.

I'm still doing small watercolor/collage pieces and scrapped the latest:

My watercolor/collage sketch turned out fun and a little different from ones done so far. The quirky title comes from a perceived similarity to shapes in some of the work of Joan Miró and it's resemblance to a dog plus the bits of music.

A week from Saturday I'm set to do a big day of genealogy talks and I haven't done a full day like that in quite a while. As always, not ready!!

This is a dramatic photo but the vireo gets lost in it. That makes this a perfect way to keep the design of tree branches but focus on the bird.
