This is an awesome art journal page! I love that you included so many different elements.

I'm gonna have to think about the slideshow idea. I was looking for an older layout recently and I saw so many pages that I really liked how they turned out and no one ever looks at them again. Made me a little sad.

I chose "Forward" as my word for 2022, because I am really hoping that we won't be stuck in 2020 forever. Created for the January 2022 Artsy/Mixed Media Challenge

This is so like 2021. I was so sad to hear that this afternoon.

Found another great use for the second screen last night. Because I scrap on a 15" laptop, a portion of the layer styles box always covers my layout no matter how far I pull it over. Now I can just pull it over to the second screen. I use those settings a lot, so that was an exciting discovery.

We don't really have any New Year's Day traditions. We also just stay home on NYE cause our dogs need us to be here. 2003 was the last NYE when we didn't have at least one dog who was terrified of fireworks.

My dh's monitor for his home office is a 43" TCL Roku TV. We got it at the beginning of the pandemic when we realized that working from home was going to last longer than a month. He absolutely loves it.

I'm pondering this idea for myself now.

I use a laptop with a second portable monitor on a small desk in the office I share with David. I also have a new Wacom Intuos.

Right now, I'm basically putting the file explorer on one screen and Photoshop on the other. There's a couple of things you have to get used to but it's worth it.

I'm using a laptop. This portable monitor uses my USB C port to connect and get power.

If you look to the right side of the photo, you'll see one of my Christmas gifts and I'm already in love. My new second screen is awesome.

Noelle is not a good Christmas movie. I don't care what others claim. We couldn't even finish it last night.
