I think I looked at too many cakes yesterday. They are now haunting me all over the Internet.

Publix is awesome. It’d be hard to move somewhere without one. And it’s not just the bakery. Their subs are amazing. Employees are friendly. I love Publix.

One idea would be to go with several smaller cakes where you have one on display to cut that is beautifully decorated and then several sliced up in the kitchen that are ready to serve but don't have to look as good. You could even use sheet cakes with similar frosting to the main event and feed...
