Sometimes I find it also helps to just walk away from a layout, create a new page, and then return to the page you were working on. Then the page I was originally working on just comes together.

I'm going to start using "poly-scraptual" cause I don't stick with one style either and I love that term.

For me, I don't have one style. I love art journaling but sometimes I want to do something more traditional. I just work on the page until I feel good about the page. I don't often have a "yes!" moment but I can achieve a page I am happy with and I go for it. If I achieve what I feel is awesome...

I love the arrival of Christmas decorations at Home Depot and Lowe's, so I will not be throwing things. :)

The background consists of three papers. The bottom layer is an orange paper from Fright Night. The layer above that is a purple paper from Fright Night Add-on. The blend mode is normal and I used the Blend It slider to determine how much of the purple showed. The top layer is a brown artsy...
