I've definitely had layouts get lots of comments that I thought were quick and simple and I'm not sure why cause I don't think it's that special.

I love hot chocolate. Wish it didn't have so many dang calories. I really prefer marshmallows over whipped creme and I also love mint hot chocolate.

It happened to me recently. I created a layout that I was absolutely in love with and it got maybe one comment. I decided I loved it for the feelings it invoked rather than it actually being a great page. (I still love the page.)
