Real - paper i mean - travel journals are awesome to hold indeed... though I know I would never be able to create a beautiful one myself - I wasn't very good with paper and scissors and my handwriting is anything but pretty... but I love notebook format and really enjoy creating them digitally.

A good summer when nothing major happened is a good thing. We had about 10 days of that too - peace and quiet and nature all around with no definite plan... free as a bird! Everyone needs that once in a while.

oh, I love winter - not the slushy rainy days, of course, when the weather can't be bothered to decide what it wants to be, but the ones with proper snow and skiing and picture-perfect Christmas... this year we spent our summer in Finland and Ireland so I'm rather happy to be back to Jakarta's...
