I reworked my page from https://oscraps.com/community/media/challenge-3-time-and-good-friends.368253/ to include a lot more artwork that I needed to add to make my original page into a custom printed photo mug. It was a ton of fun and I've never had nearly so much fun with one page or one kit as...
The best pages for me are the ones that bring back moments that would otherwise just fade into the blur. Love your groupings, flowers on left and photos on right, so calm waters (hehe) are almost serving as white space.
Love this! Most photographers will say sunsets can be boring, but not when you mix them up on a page like yours I think. And besides, orange and gray are probably my all-time favorite colors together. :)
Wonderful photos and page design. Always more of his unique personality emerging. Seems like he'll naturally take to swimming in good time, and might already understand more about the dangers than you think. ;)
On our last day we went back to Bob Rodrigues feeders for the third day in a row. We talked about it being a typical Chihuahuan desert area but next to a creek. A pair of cardinals chased each other for more than half an hour, and a black-chinned hummer wanted the feeder to himself.
Just sitting in the shade on the office porch and watching a nuthatch was the kind of moment that would draw us back again and again. One guest told us he had been at Cave Creek Ranch 30 times over the years. I had lost count but a lot considering it's a two day drive each direction.
I love how you used two papers and divided the page, and positioned the blended photo against the left center edge. And the flowers and leaves add the feel of summer to your beautiful portrait. ;)
We liked going to Bob Rodrigues's feeders just after sunrise because it was a sunny spot while our cabin was mostly in shade, and Jasper's feeders wouldn't get much sun for a couple more hours. We also went up Paradise Road to the spot where the quail hung out with so many flowers on vines.
We met Bob Rodrigues on Wednesday when we visited his feeders for the first time, and he came to fill them. He stayed and visited until he had to go, and pointed out the lazuli bunting which I hadn't seen before.
