Love the photo! And the way you used split background to work around the visual dividing line in the photo. Very creative and adds a sense of duality and being together while apart (the mapped paper becomes even more relevant here)... And having it on your wall is such a great way to celebrate...
Thanks... I discovered the beauty of (and ease of working with) black and white a while ago - together with the monochrome palette - that I now have to force myself to use color in my pages as I tend to gravitate to the same neutral palette...
@LSlycord and @scribler I think everyone can related to feeling not good enough as we all tend to be our own toughest critics. I often look at other people's pages and despair - why can't I create something like this? As some of you might have noticed, I can't seem to be able to start a page...
I really like it when layouts have journaling, and yours describes a perfect day out in the nature. I like the horizonal flow of your page and how you used the background pattern to visually divide the page into thirds.
Here is another page made with Anna's FotoInspired template. I love the artsy pocket style that allows me to put multiple photos on the page without feeling the constraint that comes with the traditional pocket style - does that even make sense?
