Fantastic photos. My hummers haven't returned which is sad. I don't think they made it through the extra cold winter. A very summery yellow colour theme and it certainly accents the photos well. Fab page. Thanks for taking the time to enter the challenge.

@faerywings every little bit of movement helps. It is being stationary that is the biggest problem. My daughter (MSc. BHK) says even a 10 minute walks help the body.

I find it interesting that Herons can stand so still for long periods of time. Thanks for creating a lovely 2 page entry to the challenge. The refuge looks like it would be an interesting place to visit.
