I am currently cat-less, but have had cats most of my adult life. Working at a veterinary hospital I have also been around a lot of cats (and I have the scars to prove it!). Here is a photo of a clinic cat named Munchkin, that I took at work one day, being a typical cat:

Here's his better side, although he was being somewhat annoying by laying on my jacket that I had thrown on the counter:

I'd love to see more cat photos, whether they're being jerks or sweet!

Munchkin is adorable!!! :heartpumplove:

We have two kitties now...Luna showed up in our yard about 4 years ago, and then Apollo showed up about 2 years ago. We think he was only around 1 year old, if even that, even though he was so big and looked like a grown up size. He is OBSESSED with Luna, and Luna cannot STAND him!!! LOL I think he might be attracted to her as a motherly-type, but she is FAR from being motherly. He has stalked her for the last two years...:giggle4:

His eyes in this one....she is just like "please leave me alone".

More stalking....

Luna's face in this one cracks me up, and Apollo looks like he is trying to sniff her hair...creeper!!!

It was difficult to find photos of Luna where she isn't sleeping...LOL I love sleeping kitty photos <3

We end up with a lot of hilarious Apollo photos...he is a mouth breather, often has his mouth slightly opened...I call him our cartoon kitty because of that adorable face! Here is a final funny one of him...I am taking over this thread...LOL

Those pictures are so cute, Angie. Cats do the silliest things, that's for sure. Out motto is "where do cats lay? Anywhere they want to". Hahaaha Here's one of our Cat, Sam, napping on the bed - his favorite afternoon place to sleep.

What great pictures, Jenn @joyfulheartdesigns I've never heard of an Apollo cat. Love that close-up.
Apollo is just his name...as for what type of cat he is, we think he is part silver point siamese and maybe part tabby because of the stripes on his body. When he showed up here 2 years ago he didn't have the stripes on his body, he was more solid silver/grey with very light markings, and then after about 6 months all of his darker markings/stripes showed up! It was pretty wild to see him change so much <3

He sure is pretty. I misunderstood about Apollo. You must live in the country because cats show up on the property here all the time. We've had one littler (well, not us, but our DD) and they were the cutest things. They changed a lot from the time they were born until they got older. My GD has a grey tabby and she's beautiful! My DD has a seal point Rag Doll cat. He's gorgeous and we call him "a home decor cat" because he hardly even moves. Haha I love seeing all of your pictures!

Rag Dolls are SO CUTE!! LOL at "home decor cat" :giggle4: Yep, we are in a tiny town of 700 something people in Alabama...one stop light, that kind of situation. Our house backs up to a wooded mountain so we get a variety of critters out here <3 The craziest thing have been the foxes...I remember the first time I heard the momma screaming at night to keep another animal away from her cubs...it reminded me of a bob cat! We DO have 5 other houses on our tiny road, but my son owns the one two doors down, and my oldest daughter owns the one across from him :lovey3:

Oh, that's right - I remember now - you wanted me to "hop over" and show you how to make wreaths. LOL We're in NE OK and live on 50 acres with several other family members. We're in the foothills of the Ozarks (in the middle of nowhere). Lots of critters here, too.

No cats in our house. :sad2: We had a Maine Coon- Sir Rascal- 27lbs of cuddles, he was fabulous! Then we tried another but she bit hubster and he swelled up like a balloon and got Sepsis. Now the cats have to be the ones I can create. Just happened to work on two today:

Love all your photos! Yes, two cats getting along is always a gamble. Some time ago we had two cats who had a similar dynamic; they settled things with the elderly calico living on our upstairs bedroom level and the younger pesky brother having the run of the rest of the house.

What wonderful artwork! I'm sorry about your husband! Cat bites are more likely to cause serious infection than dog bites. One veterinarian I worked for years ago once spent 3 days in the hospital on IV antibiotics due to a cat bite. :(

We had 6 at once (plus a dog, a toddler, and an infant-- good times  LOL) and I have a photo of all 6 sitting on the sofa looking out the front window. D I can;t find it on my computer but grabbed this one instead. Doodles were done my DD

I've never had more than 2 cats at a time; I'd love to see that photo if you ever come across it!
