Oh, me too. In fact, some of my daughter's year went on a geography field trip and although I didn't send her I wanted to volunteer to go as a parent helper!
Here's my entry for the Aug 2014 Colour Challenge. I actually only used 2 of the colours on the palette - the brown and yellow, but luckily my photo picked up the other colours.
And this was a lovely stroll back in time using old but yummy stash - just love it when I can do this...
Happy Birthday to one of our great friends and former Cheery-O, Ellen!! :cheer2::cheer2::cheer2:
Many happy returns of the day to you and I hope you're enjoying some of this amazing weather we're having.
Oh I can really FEEL the emotion in your photo and I recognise the scenario totally. I, too, have moved my kids around a bit, only once to Asia but we stayed for some years. But this made the leaving harder still. Great page!
Oh oh oh oh oh! The pain written all over your DGD's face is so touching. Poor wee thing. Love the stark dark background and her out of bounds hairs. Very cool!
This would make me sad too. Actually, as I write, it is currently 30 degrees C in the UK and I'm sad because it's too darn hot!! Beautiful photo - love the processing you've done.
