I placed FotoBlendz Overlays No 22 #2 and clipped the sketch I created of the city (Seattle) to 2 of the mask layers (Free photo by Olichel on Freerange Stock-2084693). I placed the sketch over the top and did some reverse masking to bring out more of the sketch.
I added ArtPlay Palette Urbicolous transfers in the background.
The cluster is MultiMedia City No 1 #2 and 3 combined with some elements removed. The Chicken Wire from ArtPlay Palette Metro GraffitiThe title used is from the Urbicolous Collection WordArt Bonus.
