When the truth becomes irrelevant, democracy dies. I'm worried that our government has so little respect for the truth. Working in high tech communications, everything I wrote had to be approved by lawyers. No hyperbole was allowed which is difficult for a copywriter. Every ad, every press release, every brochure, every web blog. Everything. Our government should be held to the same standards.
