Santa Hunt 2021

Scrapbooking Thanksgiving. I've staged a Santa Hunt for my kids since they were small, and the tradition continues with the grandkids. This year my plan was to do the pre-reader Hunt for the grandkids on Thanksgiving and the Adult Hunt at the family gathering on Christmas day. While my daughter-in-law and granddaughter couldn't make it to Thanksgiving because of Harper's high fever, my son and grandson joined us for a brief visit and the Hunt went off without a hitch. The Adult Hunt? Postponed. My son's entire family fell ill with Covid for Christmas.

The "hunt" sounds like a fun event for Caleb! What a nice idea to teach him how, without words. Love your fun layout.

Thanks Miki, we think it came in through the kids, who go to daycare but are too young to be vaccinated. My son and DIL are vaxxed and boosted--my son's definitely on the mend, and my DIL has almost turned the corner (we hope)...but it has been tough for her. Thankful for the vaccinations/boosters to prevent worse. For the kids it's been like a bad cold, though with pediatric hospitalizations rising, we still worry.
