I love water reflections. And since we are having a very wet spell right now scrapping them seems about right.

First I placed Multi Layered Fotoblendz Masks 4 and 5 side by side on the page so they created a line across the page. I put each mask in a group. Then I added my focal photo to the page and made a duplicate copy. I placed one copy above each mask group and used the clipping function to clip to the mask groups. I then moved some of the layers around so that the photo went from side to side and also so that no portion of any of the layers were not covered by the photo.

I placed solid papers1 and 3 on the page with 1 on top and set to blend mode Linear Burn.

Then I took the three frames from the Artsy template and placed them over the picture on the left side. That is what I like about a template I can steal frames like this and not have to work to create my own.

I then clipped three photos to each of the frames using the clipping function. I liked how the pictures went from colorful to almost black and white to a real black and white. I adjust the levels on each photo so my cottages and reflections could clearlybe seen.

Next I choose Sun 1 from the Multimedia suns and placed it in the upper right corner I put all the layers in a group and selected the group so I could make it a little smaller. Then I moved the reddish orange glow more under the sun so it didn't stand out.

Then I placed a ribbon over the framed photos. I also put Overlay 2 on the lower left hand edge, and Overlay 3 on the lower right hand side. I took two word transfers from the Sunkissed wordart and placed under the masked photos.

For the title I typed the word reflections and then duplicated it. I rasterized the type on the copy. I played around to get the word so it was upside down like a reflection. I reduced the opacity, ran a motion filter on it and then used warp adjustment to give it a little wobbly look. Then I placed a quote about water reflections for my journaling. This is early spring in Maine.
Congratulations on the Standing O, Joan! Marvelous quote to accompany your amazing photos!
