The photographs on the right were black & white. I used the app on MyHeritage to colorize them.

Journaling

The Art Museum was built in 1926 to tell the story of Emperor Meiji and his wife Empress Shoken.

From Raspy's account of the Sukiyaki Bowl, we know that the Marines were bused directly to the stadium. Looking at the aerial photograph you can see that the closest parking to the stadium is at the Imperial Art Museum. Raspys' account of the Sukiyaki Bowl was extremely helpful in identifying Dads photographs.
