Process

The template was added to a solid blue paper and background layer turned off.

The same photograph was duplicated and clipped to the masked frames.

The large photograph was run through the filter gallery and poster edges and dry brush applied.

The large photo was then clipped to various layers supplied with the ALT.

Embellishments, WordART and MultiMedia Sprinklez were applied.

Finally I added glows from the FotoBlendz.
