My own scan of a dictionary paper.

This piece of work is mostly based on the Vintage Summer Art Play Palette. I started with a solid paper. Then my photo was prepared using a transfer as a background I created sketch layer of my photograph with a darken blending mode, using an inverted mask I brushed the parts I wanted then using a duplicate of the image I dragged it above the sketch layer and again using an inverted mask brushed back what I wanted. From there layers of brushes and transfers were added brushing out and inverting layers to get the effect I wanted. When I was happy I dragged a texture layer onto the top and applied a hard light blending mode.
More script brushes and an edge overlay were applied.
