I tried to pull as many pieces and parts from the two sets of products from Lorie's shop. I used a paper from the paper pack to fill in the center of the ornate frame and added a watercolor overlay to it and then and then added the text.
The bottom corner is the top of another frame that pack. The clock face and metal/floral arch are rotated and clipped off of the side of the background as well.
