December 2010 was the last time we had a substantial snow fall, the kind to close schools and transport. This is a picture I took at our local park.

I started with two of the Artsy papers, the top one on hard light mode then on top of them is the photograph changed to B/W and on Hard Light mode; I just erased round the edges with a soft brush. The rest is a selection of transfers and brushes layered one on top of another with the opacity and fill changed where necessary. Last is the frame and elements.
