Process:
Sometimes the oddest thing drives a design. Here I was inspired by the eyelashes on the unicorn to begin my layout using highly shaped Fotoblendz for the photos, which I duplicated and rotated several times to create more eyelash shapes. I did the background next, blending three artsy papers on multiply and color burn blending modes, supplementing the colors and textures with lots of overlays and transfers. I stamped on the Travel Brushes (using colors from the Artsy Paper with the Linear Light blending mode), and a Big Word, then embellished. Because the layout had gotten crazy bright and busy, I decided to cool things down a bit with some blue texture, which I put at the top of the layer stack, scraping away a lot of it with a blending brush.
