March Photo Challenge at Oscraps

This month, we had to take a photo of our hometown. Since we are dealing with snow and below freezing temps, I decided to base my photo on something exciting that will be happening in my town in the next year. The front page of our local newspaper has an article about a TJ Maxx that will be going in where a movie theater has been sitting, empty, for about 10 years. There are very few places to shop in town so this is a huge benefit to all of us. I took a photo of the newspaper and used bits and pieces from several kits to pull it all together.
