Don't you love to search through your photo files and find some fun photos you'd forgotten about? These photos are from a trip to Monterey in 2010.
Journaling:
The sight of these big clumsy California Sea Lions in Monterey Bay made me smile. They congregate aboard empty boats anchored in the Bay and seem to be carrying on some sort of dialogue with each other as if they are holding court. But more than likely they are just relaxing and soaking up the sun.
Oh what great photos! This whole page made me laugh! And absolutely beautiful scrapping. Love the stacked papers...that brown and white striped makes me think of a rope found along the beach...and that starfish is perfect!
As adorable as they are, and as beautiful as your page is, I've gotta say, I'd be really unhappy if my boat (if I had one) was invaded by these big, very smelly creatures. You really know how to make a silk purse out of a "sow's ear!"
