My process:
Began with a template from the new FotoInspired Templates No3F. Added a solid paper background & clipped an artsy paper to template masks. Swapped a template frame with a MultiMedia frame & clipped photos. Added stamps, lace, ribbon, tag from ArtPlay Palette. Used a brush & blending mode to add lace on top of template paper. Added splatter transfer & journaling to complete.
