Back-to-school shopping has remained a tradition for me and my girls even though school days are long gone. This year we focused on shoes and Emma, who is notoriously hard to fit, found the perfect pair of snazzy blue-gored Blundstones, which she wore out of the store to our lunch date.
My process for this layout was very simple. I selected Artsy Paper #1, added Evanescent Fotoblendz #1, and clipped in my photo. The pumpkins came next. I extended the trees in the photo with a green brush from the Artplay Palette and finished up by adding textures from the Artsy Transfer pack and a fotoglo from my collection to make the boot glow a little. At the end I souped up the colors a little bit with a blue gradient at low opacity.
