Process
A solid paper from APP Flaneur was used as the foundation for the page. Using the Hue/Saturation Adjustment tool, the paper was slightly desaturated. This gave it a grayer tone. The photo was changed to black and white and clipped to a fotoblendz mask. The photo and fotoblendz mask were duplicated. The mask was rotated 90º to better cover the image. The frames from FotoInspired Template Pack 3B (page 7) were imported. The images were clipped to the frame masks. Artsy Transfer Flaneur_1 was added. The orange paint layers were changed to red and the blue paint layers were darkened. Some of the layers were turned off. The page was completed by adding word art, stars, magic sprinklez and dimensional embellishments. Thank you for looking!
