Sleep therapy
Today I started sleep therapy and I feel both excited and a little nervous.It feels like a big step forward, since I have been struggling to sleep well for years. Every night I lie awake for an hour or two, and that is beginning to take its toll on my health and well-being.

The therapist advised me to go to bed an hour or two later for a week. I thought this advice was strange at first, because.....

What an awesome page! I love the photo and layers in the corner as well as your beautifully blended background! Of course, I always love that you take the time to journal!
 
I love your page and wish you all the luck with your new sleep therapy. I've struggled to go to sleep since I was a child, so I can relate. I stay up pretty late, and wait until I'm extremely sleepy before I go to bed. That's the only thing that works for me.
