I started with Rococo Artsy Paper 2, placed the photo, applied an inverse mask and painted in white with artsy and Rococo brushes to reveal parts of the photo. Added Rococo Gold Paint 1 and Paper Overlay 1, Art Stroke 1 transfers. Added Lagom winter foliage with hue adjustment and red heart, Rococo ribbon, Holiday WordART (duplicated, place under original, fill with white and nudge down and right, then add Bevel/Emboss), UrbanThreadz 16-6. Add two blank layers above the Artsy Paper, one for Stars Preset 1-1 (with glitter pattern overlay and bevel/emboss) and the other with Rococo brush 7 (paint splatter). Add Magic Snow Spray 1-3 in pale cream with same glitter pattern overlay and bevel/emboss. Finished with Rococo Artsy Transfer 2, using and rearranging a few of the layers.
