Created for the January 2022 Color Palette Challenge

I used the Dodge and Burn tools to add the bend to the washi tape. I used the underlying layer slider to make the paint blend more. I added a slight Inner Bevel when I wanted a more realistic gesso look.

The background consists of two papers. The bottom layer is a blue painty paper from et designs. The top layer is a tan paper from Vicki Robinson set to Linear Burn.
