I used the pattern on the artsy paper as a background for my son and new granddaughter, employing inverted masking for soft blending.
I added the frame both for a visual anchor and to disguise the cut-off bottom of the photo, then filled out the background with a variety of transfers/overlays from the miniPalette AND a bunch of the new Artsy Stains #12 to spread color around the design. Some elements from the miniPalette added embellishment.
Looks like Harper has floated into the world, and what a great look on Dad's face Nice use of that frame! I used to go to Morristown with grammar school trips - I think there was a convent there.
