Challenge #4 Ducklings

Challenge #4 Ducklings

We didn't expect to find young ducks in October alone when there were no adult ducks around. They startled when we showed up but didn't leave immediately. We wondered if their parents had already migrated or maybe were killed by hunters. We hoped that they were safe.

Brilliant two pager and how you created your masks, so very creatively done! Love the little duck photos and hope they survived as well! Fabulous work as always, such a great memory to capture and look back on.
Looks like you found adult and kid Pied-billed Grebes as well. Curious! Lovely way to record them.
Such sweet photos! Love the framing/frames and the brown paper bits extending across the pages.
AWW! I hope they were not totally alone to fend for themselves at such a young age! So sweet! Great pictures! Great spread!
Oh what a sweet layout. I agree...I hope the ducks are safe! Beautiful scrapping of your journey!
Love the postage stamp frames and how the strips of brown paper add to the nature vibe. Ducklings in October is unusual.
Looks like you found adult and kid Pied-billed Grebes as well. Curious! Lovely way to record them.
Thank you! I thought they were young coots because we hadn't seen the grebes at this refuge before. Now we know and don't need to worry about those young-uns.
Excellent blending, brilliant page!! I do hope the ducklings survive!! I adore how you have presented this beautiful scene you captured!! Thank you!!
