Be Mine
Here is a little bit of a vintage valentine for everyone. 
Papers are blended using Overlay. The flower splatter was duplicated and layered between the papers. Both are blended into the bottom paper using Soft Light. I changed the color of the medal with Image Adjustments>Hue and Saturation. I adjusted the sliders for the Red and Magenta channels only.
