We had Zoe from 2002-2014, a lot longer than I remembered. She was an outside dog and would come inside for a little while. But she was happiest outside, roaming free, before we had a fenced yard. She was the most independent dog we’ve ever had. She couldn’t care less about being petted; unlike all the other needy dogs we've had.
I wanted to use the Summer Value Packs No 2 and No 1, on sale through June, after I saw how Michelle blended two papers, plus practice using what I learned in the Creative Artistry with Tool Sets class.
I started with my photo of Zoe and chose UrbanThreadz FotoBlendz Frame 2-1, which blended easily into two Summer Breeze papers (with some parts masked out), followed by a bridge photo from Unsplash (masked) and a rainbow transfer (from internet) duplicated and placed above the bridge. I used Elements from the Value Packs plus others, brushes from the Tool Sets and Take Flight, splatters, textures, label words, beaded threadz, urban stitchez and Magic Sprinklez. After stamping the Wildflower Brush 1-1, I filled with lime green and added a white stroke and drop shadow.
