All Aboard . . . by helenedubois leads us down the path of nostalgia in her classic application of linear perspective with a railroad track. We are on eye level with the railroad track and are able to follow the gentle curve to the vanishing point. The focal image is framed. A small photo captures the accompanying depot. Subtle brushes of clocks and stained ledgers suggest the passage of time. Stamps, ribbon, and leaf add dimension to the artistry.
