It's the weekend!
lemme tell you, it was *very* nice waking up and not feeling like I had to get right out of bed. Good thing, too, because I was cold. For real-- we had the windows open and the temps had dropped overnight. I had snuggled up with Whisky, who was keeping my feet warm.
We were with my ILs all day and in spite of doing nothing but sitting/eating/chatting, I was exhausted by the time we got back here. We dropped the car off at 10 and they told Gary they would call back in a couple of hours. They called at 1 and said they still hadn't figured out what was wrong. Cait and I were trying not to panic because we each needed our cars. Finally, they figured it out and we picked it up around 4. It all worked out. Whew!
MIL had found some large paper pads and some photo books that I can use with the kids, plus a corkboard and small rugs that didn't fit in their bathrooms. I am heading over there tomorrow to drop everything off.
Anne called for a few last-minute questions needed for the state camp license and Dept of Health clearance, and we are good to go. I am working with three different interns each day -- that might be fun. Or difficult. We'll see. I had my first dream about it last night, too. That really makes it official!

Today: Finish all my prep, pack supplies up to bring to work tomorrow. Prep my AJ challenge for next week. If I can get all of that done, work in the yard. It is going to be a perfect day to be out there.
Oh yeah, I want to collect some samples of moss for one one the camp topics. We have plenty of that in the side of my house.
What about you, who has some awesome plans this weekend?

We are enjoying just kicking back and relaxing in the evenings together.

drove forever to another town and just sat around watching life and eating food and relaxing. Best way to celebrate 33 years. We floated down one of the rivers, slow easy float not bumps. Was amazing. 75° weather. Just fantastic weekend. Wish we were still there. But now we are home, plotting an planning the fishing that needs to be done. Its rough work
but someone has to do it
