Cheerio Favorites ~ August 2 – 8, 2024

Are you ready for another batch of amazing layouts?? Here are 5 that my fellow Cheerios have chosen for this week to showcase some of the wonderful talent in our community!

remise du diplôme du brevet 2 copie by myla

The combination of blue and yellow is what first caught my eye; the treatment and blending of one of the photos is always a fun technique. I also like the diagonal flow as your eye moves across the page.

You Make Me Laugh by kabrak1207

This literally made me laugh out loud because I’m Nana to a dgd who has a million faces that make me laugh all of the time. As a quilter, I really love the borders and the colors are so my jelly & jam. The clusters are beautifully done !
Selected by Amy (mimes1)
Ocean waves by Scrapbyirre

First I was drawn to this layout by the adorable photo and the sweet bubbles on baby’s face – but then as I studied it, there is this mesmerizing quality of blending and flourishing, a fusion between water and even sand that’s beautiful and intriguing. A very magical layout.

Summer Freedom by tativero

The two rows of photos captured my interest immediately. I love the created background …. a perfect scene for the swan …
Selected by Laura (aka LauraD)
Buc-ees by GrannyNKy

I love the personality shown in this layout. Also, I love the way the background paper looks almost like a tree trunk, and is still very colorful. She did a great job bringing out the reds and blues from the photo into her layout.
I really love doing this blog post because I get to see what other Cheerios think are great layouts! It gives me ideas for my own scrapping!!
Remember, if you see yourself here – that means you are entered into a drawing for a gift certificate from the oScraps store!!!!
