Art Journaling ~ What Gives You Peace?

I hope that you have been enjoying our topic this month over at the Art Journaling Challenges!! Rest is so important to our bodies and our souls. Vicky introduced our challenge for this week:
“Welcome to Week 3 of our June 2025 “Rest & Peacefulness” Art Journaling Challenges. In this “hurry up and get it done” society, it becomes harder and harder to find time to relax and get true rest. And I don’t just mean for 5 minutes until you catch your breath! I mean a real, relaxing time of a couple of hours at least! Resting doesn’t necessarily mean you have to sit/lie and do nothing! I have several activities where I am moving that still lends themselves to feeling rested! I think real restfulness leads to peacefulness of our entire being and helps us to recharge our batteries!
For this week’s Rest & Peacefulness art journaling challenge I want you to think about an activity that you really enjoy doing that helps you to Rest and feel Peaceful in your body, soul, and spirit. If you can’t think of anything, then that is an indication that it has been too long and you need to start doing some things that help you to feel rested and peaceful…and that you can turn into a habit! Even God rested after He finished His work of Creation!

JUST DO IT!”
Here is her page linked to the gallery. I love all her journaling!

And here is one of our randomly chosen page from Bubby:

I have been in love with Mater since the first time I saw him in “Cars”. Our daughter was very young and she used to call the rear view mirrors in our car “EAR view mirrors” because of Mater! LOL
I hope you take time to take a breath and make a page with us!! Or four – we have four challenges a month! You can do one or all four – and you have all month to do them all – and if you do, you get four chances to win that gift certificate!!!!!
Until Next time.
