This month we are focusing on the word “BALANCE”. Sonja has added a twist to her week and added the word “EQUILIBRIUM” to our prompts.

This month, we’re delving into the concept of balance through the lens of its synonym, “equilibrium.” Equilibrium encompasses not just physical balance, but also emotional, mental, and spiritual stability. Let’s explore this multifaceted theme.!

Use colors, shapes, and symbols to depict emotional equilibrium. Reflect on moments of inner peace, tranquility, or acceptance, and translate these feelings onto your journal pages through mixed media or painting.
