For me, it is one designed with unique elements- we all know the "standard" elements- ribbon, tag, bow, flowers.. But I look for exceptionally unique elements; ones that show the designer really put some thought into it. Hand-sketched always is a plus along with great stamps.
Oh, and black & white designs. Stripes. O my!
