Good morning ladies! We are under a blanket of snow this morning! Yuck! I'm making some coffee for everyone. I'm going to drink mine inside. The rest of you may want to take yours out to your nice warm decks and bask in the springtime weather.;)
 
Oh- Linda- mother nature didn't listen to us did she- no snow here- just camo grass (green/brown). Mr. Gorgeous made me breakfast. Now I need to get some work done before we head to dance lessons! More dancing tonight- out with friends- helps me to eat more chocolate!
 
LOL Laurie! I was just thinking when I read this about your dancing...you get so much exercise that I can't imagine that you have trouble with your weight...and then I saw that it lets you eat more chocolate! A very cool hobby indeed!
 
Oh another cool avi- guess I will have to think about changing mine for the party- did I tell you I like parties! Every friday night- oh the dancing only works for weight control if you do not eat everything in the house mon - wed while sitting in the magnetic ( once you sit- you stay) chair watching tv and then enjoy wine and hot tub along with bacon and syrup breakfast on the weekends!
 
Okay Linda....that does it....Mother Nature is on my LIST....after the winter we have had, really, she already was :rolleyes:

I am sorry you are having snow...again!!

Sharon and I have been out with Savannah this morning...we went Easter shopping...yeah, I have to make them all a little basket!!! :D:D:D I spoil the crap out of those kids!!! When we got back, we went out in the yard and got some cute pics of Savannah in the grass...she had little capri pants on her little fat round self!!! She is never going to sit up...she is too round!!! HAHAHAHA!!! But she is TOOOOO cute!!!

My little Jaiden will be here soon, she is having Nana time this weekend by herself!!! I am taking her to see the Easter bunny...(Mom already took her once) and ride the Easter train!! Then it's out to take some pics of her in the raincoat and boots Sharon got for her...OMG they are adorable!!! LOL...Sharon has motives when she does these things...she knows they will be so adorable on Jaiden, butttttttttt....how cute they will be on Savannah next year :D DH is at his hunting club...he loves to work down there...out in nature...quiet....him and his saw!!!!

Soooooooooooooo...another birthday avi (BTW...LOVE LOVE IT LINDA!!).............hmmmmmm...something is definately up...huh?? hehehehehehehe

Laurie...I advise to keep your eyes wide open!! ;) (Never know when the party will start) Tell you MG that he can cook for me too!!! mine does not do that!! and have fun dancing!!! and eating chocolate:D:D
 
Back from dance- 2 hours- 2 dove chocolates- plus we will dance tonight- so I do not feel bad about eating ribs for lunch/dinner! I'm keeping my eyes peeled for the birthday bash- I've not been active during past bashes- so this will be my "first"

So the cat is out of the bag now....the bash is THIS WEEK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and I am loving all the bday avis that the CheeryO's have come up with....I hope it catches on and you gals will do one too....we all decided to either make one with a photo from around 4 years ago, or when we were 4 years old....uuhhhmmmmm....Oscraps is 4 years old...so that's the number thingy behind that!!!

Sooooooo...how is everyone's weekend??? Mine pretty good....Jaiden came yesterday afternoon, and I did a lot of playing with her until DH got home and he took his shower and we went out to eat....then we came home and played with Miss Priss until she could not hold her eyes open around 8 pm....she goes to bed early and sleeps late...Traci trained that baby right!!! LOL!!! We are taking her to see my MIL this morning and then swinging by the Mall to go see the Easter Bunny and ride the Easter Train...DH was too tired to go in the evening.

I swear...this little girl is so tiny!!! She is 18 mos old and only weighs about 22 lbs....she wears 12 mos size clothes...but has she got an appetite on her!!!! She eats 6 meals a day..and not kitty cat style either!!! I got her a kids meal chicken dinner...it had two really big strips of chicken and and a heap of fries and a cup of applesauce....she ate every crumb and lifted the plate up to see if there was anymore!!! My boys won't eat like that when we take them out....or at home for that matter....Traci says she just loves to eat...and prefers Meals over snacks. This is the first time in a while she has been here by herself...and I am sure Jesse is in heaven having Mom all to himself!!!

I am cooking this morning...I am taking some food to MIL...she loves my macaroni salad...and fresh cooked green beans...sooooooooo I am being a good DIL and doing that up for her!!!

I am sitting here watching the sunrise...I am very fortunate that I have views of mountains around us...and the morning sun comes up right through my living room window....The trees across the road and the sun right behind them coming up in front of the tips of the mountains....EVERY DAY....It's my morning serenity....I love being in the EAST!! and the SOUTH!!! LOL!!!! and just in case you ever wondered......I HAVE A MAJOR SOUTHERN ACCENT!!!! YUP!!! Sound like a hick!!!! LOL!!!!

Okay....I better stop rambling....I have gone on too much....just felt like chit chatting this morning...it's very quiet ....DH and Jaiden are still asleep!!

Happy birthday back at the "O". Loved your post nana Linda- but I will wonder till wed if you can find a way to use that southern accent when chatting!
 
HAHAHAHA....doubt it....I have the accent...and do speak the lingo on some things...but I am not that deep in the South...LOL!!!!

Linda, sounds like an awesome way to wake up each morning. There is a nice pink glow in our sky, reflecting off of the white stuff on the ground. Yuck! Oh, well, it will melt soon...by tomorrow probably.

And Jaiden sounds like she is about Sydney's size. The day she was placed in our arms was the day she turned 18 months. She was 20 pounds. At 6 years old, she weighs 45 pounds. She's a tiny little thing...but strong! Her muscles are so well defined. And she usually eats good. But the amount of calories she must burn...she's ALWAYS moving!

Ok...would like to linger here this morning but I need to get moving. First workout with my personal trainer in 2 months. I'm going to be sooooo sore! But need to get it done!!!

You all would be laughing at me... I am getting ready for the Goth Birthday party I am going to in a couple of hours. My nails are pained black, So I am typing away, seeing the black nails, then I look up (yes I have to look at the keys when I type) and see all of the birthday party colors/avi's. The difference is startling LOL

In fact- I'd better run. Got to get the kids up, the house somewhat tidied (the party is at a "Wine Bar" - the last time we went to a party there I came home pretty tipsy!)
and get all Gothed-out. I am sure that is not a word and my kids would be cringing....
I'll make sure someone gets a pic of the Goth Faery!

Made it through the work out and feel soooo good! She took it easy on me. :-) I go back tomorrow night and Thursday night...doubt she'll be taking it easy on me by Thursday.

And look at all of the fun birthday stuff already going on!
 
Oh Chris - can't wait to see the Goth fairy- betcha sport black lipstick too!

LindaS- Yeah for the workout- think I will go for a walk later- if the sun is still shining

As I sat and gallery hopped this morning- I felt something in my shirt (v-neck today) and ewwww it was a spider- yea- it nearly lived to tell the tale- nearly
