Unable to get into the shop

Hi I cannot get into the shop this is what comes up I have closed and restarted my Computer twice now and still this comes up does anyone know why..

Cannot write data to the temporary directory

Please check if it exists, and has writable permissions.

I was able to email her. The designers are having the same issue so I am sure she will be aware as soon as she wakes since she is a couple of hours behind me.
