Keep us posted if you give it a try. From what I understand, it allows all food groups but separates them. So if you eat a carb heavy meal, you decrease fats and vice versa. I don't know anyone who has done it so no idea how successful it can be.
I know several people who have done it and loved it and lost a lot of weight.
So i *think* the basics are that you don't eat more than 45 g of carbs for a carb meal and no fat in that meal, or if its a fat meal then no more than 6 g of carbs in that meal.
