TGIF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We made it through another week...although...there may be some serious melting here today!! 99 degrees!!! EEEEEEEEEEEEEK!!! I am scared to put my head out of the door that hot!! with the humidity!!! I bet the heat index is gonna be up towards 110.....I think someone took away our mountains and put us in the desert!!!

MY LITTLE MAN IS BACK!!! WOOOT!!! He will be here today!!! We may try to go do something today....Just not sure what yet...just depends on his mood.

We are going to try for the lake next week...we haven't been yet this Summer, but I can't take Savannah...too much for me to handle!! I talked to her other grandma..she said I could drop her off with her..it's on the way to the lake....the lake is an hour from our house.

Okay...I need to go pack DH's lunch...I will be back in a bit..
 
Yay foir Friday! I am doing an all-day work at home deal today. In fact, since I am done w/ my coffee and the kitten is making me crazy (paw prints-- all over my monitor) I am going to get in the shower and get to work :Cry:

But happy Friday!

Good Morning all...better day today! My daughter and her boyfriend arrive home this evening :whoo: We haven't seen them since May. Just the beginning of the onslaught of house guests that will be arriving for our family reunion coming up at the end of the month. So needless to say... I won't be here too much from now on until everyone leaves. So today I am cleaning bathrooms and making sure everyone has clean towels. Also heard from the Municipality about zoning for our B&B and it all sounds good, so now we just have to make the big decision as to when we want to start on this big adventure. Not going to think too much about it right now. Just going to enjoy having our family back in our arms and savor every minute:D.

Linda - so glad for you that your little man is back with you...have fun at the beach (remember to wear sunscreen)

Chris - don't work too hard now, and have a great weekend!

HUgs to all today on this fine Friday!! I'm off sewing again. I cleaned my room (my mom would be proud!!) this morning, and Mr Gorgeous is home!!! but for only three days...Monday he's back to CA!! Then you guys know what is happening...
The two of us with our friend and pastor, Mark are flying to the Northeast. I'm planning on having lunch with Chris and hopefully Kat...then lunch with NanaLinda and her babies!! yay!!! oh, and we'll go to a pastor's conference, lead some worship music, do a bunch of sightseeing and see and stay with Mr Gorgeous's uncle and aunt in VA. YAY!!! I can't wait!!

okay...i'm really off to sew a bunch of camera strap covers! I am giving one away soon on a photog's blog...soon, soon! :)

I am so, so jealous! Do we have any green smiley faces? I want to have lunch with all of you!!! But, since I can't...I'm glad that you can! Nothing like getting to meet in person!

Trudy, have a very good time enjoying the family. And a B&B...sounds splendid. What an adventure!
